What is Exploring CQ
Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the ability to relate and work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds. Like IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Intelligence), CQ is an essential skill for thriving in our diverse communities.

Drawing from his book Exploring CQ, internationally recognized cultural educator Wilbur Sargunaraj shows us how every day we have opportunities to connect across cultures—without ever boarding a plane.
